We couldn’t be happier with this nursery. Our daughter has settled in so well, which is a real testament to how caring, patient, and attentive the team are. Every member of staff is fantastic and they truly go above and beyond for the children every single day. The nurturing environment they create has given us so much peace of mind, and it’s clear how much genuine love and effort goes into everything they do. Myself and my husband are so glad we found this nursery. We honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Clarence House and the staff are absolutely, incredibly amazing. I cannot find the words to express how fantastic every single staff member is. Every single one of them deserves to be greatly praised and appreciated for the fabulous job they do. The whole team are outstanding and exceptional, Gabby and Mumtahina have supported my child in such a way as if she were their own and that's very rare to find these days. Whatever your child needs they are there for them, whether it's comfort, encouragement, a hug or just some space and this makes such a difference to every child's experience. The whole team is welcoming, kind, dedicated and just super amazing. The staff have helped to build my child's confidence, ease her anxieties and reassured her whenever needed. She's really improved and come out of her shell, all thanks to them. I highly recommend choosing Clarence House as its a decision you won’t regret! Thank you once again to everyone—you are truly an amazing team, and my daughter absolutely loved her time with you and will miss you all very dearly.

Clarence House was the best decision I made for my 2 year old son. The entire team are exceptional. I’ve had the pleasure of liaising between Gabby, Mumtahina, Gemma, April and Angel and they are fantastic. Always so informative and helpful regarding my son’s progress and experience when he attends. I’ve really appreciated their kindness towards him and the other children there who struggled to settle initially. Just that little hug and comfort goes such a long way and now my son absolutely loves attending nursery. The staff have helped to build his confidence and reassured him whenever he felt anxious with his separation from me. Thank you Clarence House team, keep doing what you’re doing! You are all what us first time mum’s need.

My daughter has been attending Clarence House for about eight months, and I truly cannot put into words the love and appreciation I have for Gabby, Mumtahina, and the entire team! Every staff member I have spoken with has been incredibly kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Tina, who was my daughter's key worker when she first started—her growth and learning have far exceeded my expectations. I am deeply grateful to the entire team at Clarence House in Luton for their care, patience and dedication. To all new parents, I understand the emotions you may be experiencing—I’ve been there too. I want to express my gratitude to everyone at Clarence House Nursery. It's been a few weeks since my daughter began attending, and I was initially quite anxious about leaving my one-year-old for the first time. However, I can see that she is settling in nicely and making great strides in various areas of her development.
