What it's like
Staff provide a calm and nurturing environment, placing children at the heart of their practice and showing them respect. Children of all ages mix throughout the day, fostering learning from others and smoother transitions between rooms. This approach helps children develop independence, as seen by their self-sufficiency in getting drinks and preparing for mealtimes, and older children finding their belongings and putting on coats for outdoor activities.

Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive strong support. Staff work closely with parents and other professionals to ensure every child is getting the right level of support and create an inclusive environment, implementing strategies that meet children's individual learning needs, such as visual timetables for transitions.
The oldest children demonstrate how they can find their own belongings and put on their coats when going outdoors. This is sequenced well throughout the nursery, as children develop their physical skills and abilities.
Not a good nursery. They are quick to get you to sign forms for additional funding but they kept calling me to pick up my son from nursery. They then suggested that I find my additional needs son a new nursery. I do not recommend. I was really stressed and tried to get my son to rejoin after but boy was that a mistake. He joined another Nursery in luton who are amazing. They went a long time without additional funding and yet they never called me to collect him and were always providing support. Training depot only interested in the £££ not bothered about the children.

Read on GoogleTraining Depot Day Nursery has been an incredible part of our family's journey. All three of our children have had the privilege of attending this nursery, and we couldn't be more grateful for the positive impact it has had on their lives. Both the management and room staff, truly go above and beyond. They are approachable, supportive, and genuinely care about each child. What sets this nursery apart is their research-based, child-centered approach. They stay up-to-date with the latest educational methodologies and actively participate in research projects to enhance children's learning and development. This forward-thinking approach ensures that our children receive the best possible care and education. We highly recommend it to any parent seeking a warm, loving, and intellectually stimulating environment for their child.
Read on GoogleAll 3 of my children attended TDDN. The staff especially management are amazing. Everyone is committed to delivering only the best for the children. I could not have invested in a better nursery experience for my children as the standard of care and progression for every individual is so high. My eldest is now 16 and still talks about her experience at this wonderful nursery!
