Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are well supported. Staff attend training and seek advice from other professionals to help them better support the children's needs. Leaders and staff strongly advocate for children to ensure they receive the support they deserve.
The provider values all stakeholders' views when making changes at the nursery. They issued a consultation to staff, children and their families when redesigning the outdoor area. The provider implemented their ideas, such as a herb garden where children can plant food to use in their cooking sessions.
My little boy goes to this nursery. I am very happy with his care. All the staff have been amazing and helping me and supporting me with his care. He has additional needs, so can be a handful at times. They always give me the positives about his attendance and have accommodated for him. He was at a nursery before this one. I wasn't happy with. They have made my experience and his worth while. I can't thank them enough. Edited he has now been going to this nursery for almost 2 years and he is doing things that I never thought would be possible. I really don't think this nursery gets enough credit, my boy is due to start school September and will be very sad to see him leaving here, all the girls are great and I feel that they are part of the family as they helped my son grew and achieve. My daughter is due to start hear soon and I will not be worried about the care they will be giving her.
Read on GoogleAll three of our children have been to this nursery (two are still attending). The nursery has just received a poor offsted report and "requires improvement". Felt compelled to write a review to say that over the last six years we have nothing but positives to say about the level of care our children have received. Our eldest is now thriving at primary school which is partly due to the great foundation she received from the Clever Cloggs team. Our experience does not reflect the offsted report and I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents. Thanks Clever Cloggs Team
Read on GoogleI was returning to work when my son was almost 4 months & the idea of leaving him was very daunting We checked out several nurseries & childminders & ended up settling with clever cloggs. They answered all of our questions on the initial visit with confidence & assurance that I knew our son would be safe & happy. Their opening hours played an important part as it gave us the flexibility if we needed to work late or got caught in traffic. Our son was placed into the care of Sarah as his primary key worker & the care he has received has been outstanding. He is now almost 7 months & I can’t thank the team enough for everything that they are teaching him & exploring with him. Our son is on a daily medicine & this has been dealt with professionally & everything is logged. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better setting for my son.
Read on GoogleI just have to say that my child Robbie has never been happier. Brilliant facilities with lots of activities and toys. The staff have been so helpful given that my life is so busy and I do seem to ask a few favours of them. Thank you clever cloggs I will be recommending your services to as many people as I can.
Read on GoogleBoth my grandchildren have enjoyed going to this excellent day nursery. We always felt that they were in safe hands and the nursery dealt well with all the extra precautions required because of Covjd 19
