Our little girl joined Tots at 15 months, we've been so happy with her care over her time there. The staff always greet us with a smile and make you feel as though they're genuinely excited to see your child. We've had such beautiful arts and crafts from the nursery as well as a really fantastic wooden toy as a Christmas gift for our daughter. Her key worker always made sure to update us on how her day was going and we received daily pictures of her enjoying all sorts of fun! We're so sad to take her out of Tots, a decision only made because I'm taking a job at a different nursery. Thank you so much for helping give our girl a great start to her early years education ❤️ We'll miss you all!
Read on GoogleI have been using this nursery for months since my little boy was 10 months. I have nothing but good things to say. They have always been welcoming and happy to see my little one and let me know how his day has been when I pick him up. He loves the baby floor and all of his carers especially his key worker Seline who has been amazing. Kerry the manager always comes back to me with any requests I have and it's lovely that she knows who you are from the second you join! I'm so happy and grateful I have found such a lovely nursery where I feel so confident leaving my little one. Thank you all 😊
Read on GoogleMy daughter has been going here since 9 months old and she loves it there. The carers are fantastic and they do great activities with the children. My daughter is a terrible eater and she eats really well there too. Brilliant nursery, really flexible to your children’s needs and just generally a great vibe and great people
Read on GoogleThe staff are absolutely lovely and trying their best, but this nursery is so poorly managed and understaffed it made me nervous leaving my children and I had to take them out. There is no reception. The front door is secured, but often left open. If the door is locked you have to ring every single bell until someone answers, or get lucky and someone will randomly walk past, and let you in. There is a cumbersome check-in/check-out process where you have to sign a register. Not something you want to even think about on a really busy school run. The car park is incredibly small and difficult to get in or out in the dark and rain. Despite their best efforts the girls could not get our baby to sleep, so we stayed a few days for settling in. It was instantly obvious - constant noise, bright lights, doors opening and closing - and too short staffed to handle it. At the end of the day the staff look absolutely exhausted, especially in babies. They need a higher ratio of staff to kids. We were using another nursery in parallel so we have a good benchmark. The other nursery has a reception, a lot more staff, totally clean, a quiet room to sleep separate from the noise, we know everyone who works there including the managers... I have never ever seen any of the managers at Clifton Tots after a whole year.
Read on Google...three of my four children have been attending this nursery. For years we have known the staff, from Marcella to Amelia to some of the lovely “nursery ladies” as we call them..and we can only recommend it. Today I left in a rush after dropping my little one to toddler floor where incredible preparations were happening for the children’s Christmas party...and my heart was overwhelmed by all the effort that was put into trying to make the room ”amazing” for their precious customers! The idea that I leave and left my most precious treasures with this lovely and caring people is so reassuring when at work! Will never be able to thank them enough. Merry Christmas to all of you!
