Inclusion & environment
Those responsible for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are proactive in working with parents and outside agencies. This ensures that children receive appropriate support and make the best progress they can.
There are plenty of opportunities for those who prefer outdoor learning. For example, older children make paper aeroplanes and notice the impact the wind has when they fly them. In addition, children develop their large-muscle skills and gain a good awareness of keeping themselves and others safe.
Staff provide sensitive support for children learning English as an additional language. For example, older children sing their welcome song in children's languages, and young children happily ask for fruit in their first language. This also helps children to learn to value each other's differences.
My daughter Marigold, has been at Mornington in the baby room for the past 8 months. She has LOVED every minute of it. The ladies are brilliant with the kids and so caring as Marigold loves a cuddle. Her speech and mobility have come on wonders during her time there also. They do a lot of messy play with the kids, which is so much fun for them. The food is cooked on site and there isn't a day when Marry doesn't eat it all and have seconds! I really cant fault the nursery or the staff. All very caring and helpful. Its a shame we are having to leave. Marry will miss them all.
Read on GoogleWe have two daughters at Mornington. I must applaud the lovely caring friendly staff there they have taken absolutely fabulous care of the girls. Mornington is quite a small nursery compared to some of the others in the area but it boasts excellent staff, a lovely garden fand excellent childcare.
Read on GoogleI cannot say less than it is the nursery, which all moms can trust. It is another home, and all the stuff are sooooo friendly and supportive 🌹🌹
Read on Googlenot of high quality, or at least not as good as it used to be. Lack of common sense. And it is not cheap at all. The service is of poor value to money
