Our ethos
At Collingtree Day Nursery we believe all children deserve the best possible start in life and the support that enables them to fulfil their potential. Children learn best when they are healthy, safe, secure and their individual needs are met. We do this by ensuring they have an environment that they are comfortable and relaxed in as well as offering different ways to explore and expand their curious minds. We will offer them a chance to get creative with art and craft activities including drawing/painting, making models and everything in between. They will get to explore the outside world by playing outside and outings to farms and other educational experiences.

Inclusion & environment
Staff are attentive towards all the children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Staff work effectively with their parents and with other agencies to ensure that children's specific needs are met.
Consistently implemented routines ensure that the children know when it is time for outside play. Staff supervise children effectively during play and activities, indoors and outdoors. The pre-school children show care and concern for their younger friends. They help them to find toys they want, and they show them how to use resources in the nursery garden.
The perfect setting with the most amazing staff team. They show so much care and support and they are very flexible in supporting the needs of the child to ensure smooth transitions. I get regular updates which is just so precious to see my child having fun and it puts me at ease for the rest of the day. A smaller Nursery setting which offers much more 1:1 opportunities and allows the staff to really get to know your child. 5 stars from our family :)
