The care my daughter received was brilliant, she always came home happy and had many compliments about the food. Despite staff changes, I never felt a change in standards of the nursery and my daughter felt a connection with all members working there. I thoroughly enjoyed the daily updates via the app to see what she got up to with her friends. We look forward to our newest addition starting next year.

My son and daughter attended this nursery at different times and loved it very much. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough to support my family. My children loved going to sch everyday. Staff communicated very well with me via email and calls and were always professional in their approach. Thank you Ginny and all staff members for all you did with my kids. Stay amazing!!! 😀

We had a beautiful experience at Bright Horizons Wooldale. My Sen son learned so many life skills from there , extremely supportive with his needs and all the time responded to my emails on time. The staff works with all children and all of them are engaged in activities. I highly recommend this nursery.

Poor preschool. Manager doesn't know what they're doing. Severely held back my child, they learnt nothing whilst here often excluded from activities (as they weren't one of the favourites). Poor restrictive menu- boring options. Wish I'd saved my money and home schooled- worst decision ever choosing here. They've sent our child on to reception, basically failed them and ruined their whole experience of starting school by not supporting them whilst under their care in pre school and ASSUMING they have sen. Disgusting.

We love this nursery. They cared for our two children and supported them through their social development - building friendships, exploring their physical environment, learning through play. The catering is brilliant and the staff team are approachable, nurturing, professional and transparent.
