Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents speak very highly of the staff who care for their children. They particularly value the personal approach they receive, and the time given to support children to settle.
They comment that they receive verbal feedback about their child's experiences each day and more detailed feedback about children's development through a secure online app.
Inclusion & environment
Children enjoy being active outdoors. Babies playfully explore parachute games, while three-year-olds toss balls and four-year-olds enjoy exercise sessions, pretending to be plants and making tree yoga poses. Staff also support children in creating a 'volcano' outside, promoting discussion about what they already know and key vocabulary.
The care my daughter received was brilliant, she always came home happy and had many compliments about the food. Despite staff changes, I never felt a change in standards of the nursery and my daughter felt a connection with all members working there. I thoroughly enjoyed the daily updates via the app to see what she got up to with her friends. We look forward to our newest addition starting next year.
Read on GoogleMy son and daughter attended this nursery at different times and loved it very much. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough to support my family. My children loved going to sch everyday. Staff communicated very well with me via email and calls and were always professional in their approach. Thank you Ginny and all staff members for all you did with my kids. Stay amazing!!! 😀
Read on GoogleWe had a beautiful experience at Bright Horizons Wooldale. My Sen son learned so many life skills from there , extremely supportive with his needs and all the time responded to my emails on time. The staff works with all children and all of them are engaged in activities. I highly recommend this nursery.
Read on GooglePoor preschool. Manager doesn't know what they're doing. Severely held back my child, they learnt nothing whilst here often excluded from activities (as they weren't one of the favourites). Poor restrictive menu- boring options. Wish I'd saved my money and home schooled- worst decision ever choosing here. They've sent our child on to reception, basically failed them and ruined their whole experience of starting school by not supporting them whilst under their care in pre school and ASSUMING they have sen. Disgusting.
Read on GoogleWe love this nursery. They cared for our two children and supported them through their social development - building friendships, exploring their physical environment, learning through play. The catering is brilliant and the staff team are approachable, nurturing, professional and transparent.
