Children excitedly arrive and are greeted by a vastly experienced and enthusiastic staff team. The nursery places a strong emphasis on encouraging independence, with children eagerly choosing 'jobs' for the day.
A highly effective key-person system ensures that children settle quickly, feel safe, secure, and are eager to learn. The curriculum is inspiring, challenging, and extremely well-sequenced, ensuring children build purposefully on their existing knowledge.
Staff demonstrate skill in consolidating learning and capturing children's imaginations, leading to excellent progress. Outdoor learning is an integral part of the curriculum, with the quality of education delivered both indoors and outdoors being observed and assessed for its impact on children's learning.
