Crowgate Child Centre in Bishops Castle, Shropshire, provides care for children aged from two to eleven years. The centre is open all year round. Term-time hours are 8am to 4pm on Mondays, 8am to 6pm from Tuesday to Thursday, and 8am to 5pm on Fridays. During school holidays, it is open from 8am to 3pm between Tuesday and Thursday. Ofsted inspected the setting in September 2022 and gave it a Good rating.

The inspector reported that children arrive happy, settle well, and feel safe and secure. Staff support children's speech, physical, and emotional development, and help them learn about healthy hygiene practices. Parents told the inspector they receive a daily verbal update on their child's day. Children have access to activities both indoors and outdoors, where they can use slides, bicycles, and scooters. The outdoor area also features a mud kitchen where children play, picking herbs to add to their 'cakes'.
