How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff use regular observations and assessments to identify what children need to learn next. This helps them to identify children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) and provide tailored support for them. This means that all children make good progress from their starting points.

Outdoor space

Outdoors, children practise large physical movements and take risks in a safe and welcoming space. Staff narrate and praise younger children as they have a go at climbing up to go down the slide and older children navigate space well or balance on climbing frames with staff nearby.

We chose Cybertots on the Green after hearing outstanding reviews from so many local parents, and it has exceeded every expectation we could possibly have. From the very beginning, this nursery has felt like a second home for our child — a place filled with genuine care, warmth, and love. The development our child has made here is incredible. The learning and development programme is thoughtfully planned, balanced, and clearly focused on each child as an individual. We have seen such growth in confidence, communication, independence, and curiosity. Everything is done in a way that feels natural, joyful, and never forced. The food is another huge highlight — always fresh, healthy, safe, and prepared with so much care. As parents, it means the world to us that our preferences and wishes were always respected and taken seriously. Communication has always been open, kind, and reassuring. Special thanks to the managers Jade and Claudia! The setting itself is beautiful, calm, and inviting, but what truly makes Cybertots special is the people. Every single teacher and member of staff brings smiles, patience, and genuine affection for the children. You can feel that this is not “just a job” for them — they truly love what they do, and they love the children. We recently had to take a break, and the way the whole team handled this touched us deeply. They were so attentive, thoughtful, and supportive — not only towards us as parents, but especially towards our child. What moved us to tears was the beautiful gesture from the children and staff: the handmade presents and a card signed by every child. It was one of those moments you never forget — pure kindness, thoughtfulness, and heart. Cybertots on the Green is a very special place. It is rare to find a nursery where children are so genuinely cared for, supported, and celebrated. We feel incredibly lucky to have been part of this community and will always carry this experience with us. From the bottom of our hearts — thank you to the entire Cybertots team for everything you do. ❤️I highly reccommend it*****

Amazing nursery, my son Luca absolutely enjoyed his time here. He ate well, slept well and especially loved learning Spanish and dancing. It’s the special touches we liked the most, like the chicks at Easter, learning about different cultures and events. The garden space and even the bunny. Having loads of greenery around and the herb gardens were lovely to see too. The staff were always so warm and welcoming and Luca loved his key worker. The camera to check in on the kiddos was reassuring but anyway they were out in the garden having fun. I did wish they sent more photos of their daily activities but I know they can only do so much as their key focus is looking after our kids. Though just as we were leaving the nursery I did see they were posting more on their Facebook parent group. Lovely to see! I would recommend to anyone wanting to send their kid there.

To protect your mental health and your child’s, do not enroll them in this school. My daughter attended the pre-school where we had great experiences, but with my son, it was very different. In addition to seeing them spend days and hours in front of a tablet, they didn’t even carry out age-appropriate activities, there were new people in the classroom every week (the staff turnover is huge), and you aren’t even informed about who is looking after your child! On top of that, something very serious happened, and the school provided no support at all! I am speaking as a mother, with a heavy heart, and I don’t want other mothers to go through what I’m going through. So please, do not put your child in this school for your own well-being. There are so many other good schools!
