Outstanding nursery, everyone is very welcoming and caring. Eldest daughter loves attending and we've not have an issue in the 2+ years we've been sending her there. Could not recommend more highly.

I can’t rate Cygnets highly enough. My daughter is autistic (just left for school) and staff always went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and to give her the best care. I always felt reassured that she was okay and safe plus everyone was always so friendly and helpful. My youngest still goes and absolutely loves it. I’ve not a bad word to say. Thank you to all at cygnets for such a lovely nursery/pre-school experience for my girls.

I am so happy we made the choice to go with Cygnets. There is alot of competition in the area and it was overwhelming! However after just our 1st visit I knew Cygnets was the one. Every single member of staff greets you like a member of their family. You are treated with respect and given time to ask questions or for guidance. Following covid restrictions we had a very limited settling in session with me being there, so my little one was still taking awhile to settle. I was reassured how they spoke about cuddles and to see how much she had bonded with them. The outside space fits us perfectly, a bit of mud, foresty, excellent play kitchen and lots of toys encouraging physical activities. I couldn't reccomend more! Thank you team Cygnets, your hard work is thoroughly appreciated.
