For babies, staff provide numerous sensory experiences to develop their physical and communication skills, building nurturing relationships with sensitive interactions. As children progress through the nursery, this nurturing approach continues, with staff tailoring activities to children's interests, such as exploring toy insects in ice cubes or creating prints with dough.
