An amazing nursery! Both my children have attended this nursery from the age of 1 and loved going there. Staff are lovely and built great relationships with my children. Would highly recommend!

Unfortunately, we felt it necessary to withdraw our child due to several concerns. Over the past year, we noticed a significant decline in the quality of teaching that we initially valued. There was very little development in my son skills and creativity, particularly in the quality of art and crafts he brought home. This was especially disappointing compared to the enriching experience our other child received during his time at the nursery. Moreover, the lack of reports and assessments became a concern, as we found them helpful in tracking our child’s progress. The high staff turnover also impacted the consistency of care, which we found troubling. Most concerning was our experience regarding hygiene practices. We raised several complaints about the handling of nappy changes, which we felt were not adequately addressed. Additionally, I found my son’s water cup in a disturbing state, clearly unwashed and almost mouldy under the detachable lid, highlighting a serious issue with cleanliness. While we appreciate the friendships Alessio made during his time there, we ultimately felt it was in his best interest to find a more nurturing and consistent environment that meets our expectations.

This manager is unprofessional, unapproachable, and clearly in over their head. They play favorites, ignore real issues, and create a toxic atmosphere. The school would be so much better with competent leadership.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I really don't know where to start I have 3 grown up children so have had experience ranging across decades and various nurseries and schools all around London and I have never ever in my life had such a negative experience as I did with this nursery. HERE IS A BRIEF RUNDOWN IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER. 1)The staff are rude and poorly trained you are not allowed in so they are supposed to walk your child out to you but they let my child come out by themselves with no handover and when I stood there stared at me blankly (this happened numerous times) 2)The fish clearly rots from the head because the managers are rude and highly inappropriate and unprofessional. I have never been spoken to by a professional the way the manager spoke to me. 2) Meals are extortionately priced £14 a day to feed a 3 year old????? 3)There is no curriculum or structure I received no reports or observations for my child and the reception at my childs school teacher was very shocked by this. 4)The admin is shocking and I made payments that apparently were not seen and emails that they claimed were not received if I hadn't picked it up I would have been overcharged by a substantial amount. 5)My child made no notable progress in speech, language writing or ANYTHING ELSE while attending this sham establishment. 6)If your childs day falls on a holiday and the nursery is closed you still have to pay. 7) If you do choose to provide a packed lunch for your child they say they wont warm it up and it has to be vegetarian, I mean what if your child is a picky eater and doesnt and doesn't like vegetarian food? When I asked why which I think is a reasonable question they could not provide an answer. Honestly I could go on all day and still not suitably convey what a disappointing, frustrating, anxiety inducing shambles my experience with this place was. The only semi positive thing I can say is that I dont believe my child was actively abused if thats not enough for you and you want more for your child. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!
