Inclusion & environment
Leaders and staff work effectively with other professionals to best support the needs of all children. They make necessary referrals to other agencies, such as speech and language therapy or the additional needs team, to gain their expert advice and support.
Older children freely explore features of the natural environment, hunting for ants and spiders in the trees outside and observing their habitats. Children help to plant vegetables and herbs in the garden, nurturing and watering the seeds to help them grow.
Happy when our daughter started at the nursery but the cracks started to appear shortly after. Security was an issue with tailgating into and leaving the centre. This was highlighted to management on more than 1 occasion. Agreements kept being broken, with regards to care of our daughter, again meetings were held with management to actively correct to the end we removed our daughter as we felt the care was not being provided. I was removed immediately from the portal, losing all the pics and reports that had been uploaded, I have asked for this electronically but still waiting after several weeks. Not a great experience, however in comparison to the other centre in Irby its chalk and cheese what an amazing centre the Irby centre was.
Read on GoogleOur daughter is thriving at Busy Bees, staff are lovely and she has come on so well. Very happy
Read on GoogleUsed to be brilliant and never had any issues, as of late alot of good staff have left and replaced. The level of learning has become inadequate for pre school and kids don't seem to get the level of attention they require. Communication between staff is poor and despite giving 5 weeks notice they hadn't even picked up communications from myself until the final day that my daughter was being withdrawn and placed elsewhere, they're also still requesting payment in advance for September despite my child no longer attending. Massive shame that's it's gone down the pan.
Read on GoogleAll the staff here are so lovely and caring, my daughter has been going here for over a year and we love it! They helped her settle in so quickly although it was her first nursery experience and English isn’t her first language. Definitely a positive experience for us and would highly recommend to anyone looking to enrol their children!
Read on GoogleThe setting is full of energy my son has come on loads developmently since he started. His key person is always on hand to answer and questions and I find the app very useful for activity insperation at home.
