About this day nursery

Daisy Chain Day Care, a family-operated nursery in Shropshire since 1989, provides nurturing childcare for children aged 0-5 years. Open Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year, the day nursery prioritises creating a safe, comfortable, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Drawing inspiration from the Danish concept of 'Hygge', the settings are designed to feel like a natural extension of home, featuring warm touches and authentic objects rather than conventional plastic toys. Dedicated Special Educational Needs teams are on hand to provide personalised support, ensuring every child feels valued. The highly qualified staff, with diverse experience and ongoing training, are committed to delivering exceptional care and learning experiences.

The day nursery aims to cultivate inquisitive and capable learners, supporting their development across all seven areas of learning, within both indoor and outdoor environments, and encourages a 'can-do' attitude in its young explorers.
