Inspector highlights
Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents speak extremely highly of the pre-school. They feel well informed about how their children are progressing. Parents feel the pre-school is a 'home-from- home' environment and part of the community.
They feel able to share concerns they may have and feel extremely supported.
Inclusion & environment
Those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) flourish. All children thrive, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Managers and staff work closely with other professionals and take account of the advice and guidance they offer. Managers ensure funding is used precisely for the individual needs of children and to support their progress. The support for children with SEND is worthy of sharing.
Staff plan exciting trips to the local woodland to encourage children's physical development and to build their knowledge and understanding of the world around them. The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning.
Fantastic place to send your child. My son has only recently started this pre school after a negative experience somewhere else in Tonbridge last September I was hesitant on ever sending him to a daycare setting again. I am so glad that I took my healthcare worker and many others recommendations on Delarue. The team have been nothing but professional, supportive and have literally gone above and beyond to make my sons time there as pleasant as possible. My son is displaying some traits of Autism and I have received so much positive feedback and advice from Lynda and her team. My very clingy son leaves me for dust when I drop him off and I know he is having the best time. Highly recommend!
