Leaders and staff possess an excellent understanding of their curriculum and how children learn, meticulously planning for each individual child's needs and next steps.

They provide exceptional support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), working closely with other professionals and parents to meet individual needs and ensure all children make exceptional progress. Choosing the right nursery is always a tough decision because you want the best for your child. From the start, Devonshire Day Nursery made us feel confident that our little one was in safe, caring hands. The staff are friendly, supportive, and genuinely care about each child’s happiness and development. We were delighted to hear they achieved Outstanding in their most recent Ofsted inspection — their third consecutive time — especially as it was done without notice. It’s clear that the high standards are consistent. We couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Leaving was difficult, and we will definitely be returning with our next little one. Thank you!

I can’t thank the staff at Devonshire enough. They have been so attentive with my son’s learning and development that we’ve seen remarkable improvements in a very short space of time. No two days are ever the same -lots of play, lots of activities, cooking classes, reading, arts and crafts! Having tried a couple of other nurseries - where his development was largely stagnant, Devonshire, by far has been outstanding. Staff are always very responsive, taking the time to talk us through his day, his development goals, what he did, what he learnt etc. It’s very much a joint venture between parent and nursery. I couldn’t be happier - my son loves going. We feel very reassured that he’s in safe hands. Our only regret is that we didn’t put him in sooner! Overall - great nursery! Great staff! Great environment! Highly recommend.

We love Devonshire! My son enjoys his nursery days with lots to do, caring staff and the support he needs. He has made unique bonds with a few members of staff that he will treasure. Devonshire has given my son confidence in learning and securing his foundation for school. Thank you ladies and gents!

My daughter grew up at Devonshire and still likes to go back to visit from time to time. The nursery has Excellent facilities, a great management team and friendly staff who truly care for the children and make you welcome from the moment you walk in the door. They take babies from 2 months and have long opening times to cater for busy working parents which worked very well for us. I honestly wouldn’t think twice about taking any of my future children there as many other parents there do! :)
