What parents say

Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection

Parents are thrilled that they and their children are part of this 'diverse, understanding and genuinely caring' community.

Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), learn to be inquisitive problem solvers and independent, good communicators as they progress through nursery. Staff provide excellent support to children who are disadvantaged or who have SEND to help them address gaps in learning and achieve their potential. They make very good use of additional funding to, for example, enable children to attend regularly and to provide skilled support and resources, such as speech therapy and emotional support, where they are needed.

Outdoor space

Children learn to make decisions, to be safe and self-aware. Staff help them to challenge themselves and take well-considered risks. For example, children skilfully tackle the increasingly challenging climbing and balancing structures throughout nursery.

We absolutely love this nursery! My youngest has settled in so well and truly enjoys going every day. The staff are so friendly, caring, and professional and the environment is always clean and warm. The range of activities is fantastic! She has learned so much already, from French and singing to ballet dancing, planting, and even baking. It’s wonderful to see how happy she is to attend everyday. She loves talking about all the staff members and what they get up to. Highly recommend!

My child started at the nursery when it first opened. She started in the baby room and really enjoyed the enviroment, I always felt she settled really well when she transitioned rooms thanks to the staff. She always well supported, when we've had tricky moment of routine change, and went though a month of not napping at nursery but we cracked it together and now naps well again. Staff use an app to inform you though out the day about your child. They also always take time at drop tell me what they have planned for the children each day, and again at the end of the day, they let me know what my child has enjoyed. Its been lovely to watch the nursery develope as its grown over the last 12 months. It now has dance classes and trips to the local park too which my child loves! This term I've have lots of painting pictures come home as well as my daughter talking no stop about the pumkins they've explored. She is always happy to go to Domi's and talks about the staff as her friends, she even still remembers the baby room staff which feels special they had such a nice bond. Xx

Our son has been going to Domi Domingo since he was 14 months and the staff have been absolutely amazing at helping him to settle in to the Tiny Toddler room and offering us reassurance, particularly in the early days when I was an emotional wreck leaving him to go to work! He is loving his time at nursery and we have noticed huge amounts of progress with his communication, eating, sleeping and overall development since he started at Domi. He is really thriving and we can’t thank the staff enough for the care and attention they show him. The staff in the Tiny Toddler room go above and beyond to make sure the children have a fantastic day with outdoor play in the garden, dancing, painting, sensory activities and delicious meals with a wide variety of healthy foods and it’s so reassuring as parents to see him having a brilliant time when we pick him up at the end of the day. The handover at the end of the day is brilliant and the staff let you know a full breakdown of eating and naps which you can also see on the app. We feel like every member of staff has excellent training and are highly professional whilst making the time to speak to all parents and they do an absolutely amazing job. We would highly recommend Domi Domingo and couldn’t ask for anything more from a nursery, thank you so much for all that you do!

I was so stressed about my little one starting nursery. But after visiting DOMI DOMINGO. Both me and my partner had a great feeling. 2 months in and she is so happy to go there and has build such a good relationship with everyone. I totally recommend this nursery if you want your child to make progress, develop, be outside a lot, have fun activities and feel super comfortable.
