The Tots Team (LS6) is a childcare setting for children aged 0-4 years, located in the Headingley Station Building in Leeds. Registered with Ofsted on October 11, 2024, the nursery operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, offering year-round care.

Pricing & funding

Charges are based on private full-day and half-day sessions, with AM and PM options available. Fees are fully inclusive of all meals, snacks, drinks, nappies, and wipes. Funded hours are subject to a consumables charge to cover these provisions.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff take time to understand each child's needs, especially those with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Extra support is provided quickly when needed, with specially adapted resources for children who need help with behaviour or communication. Children with additional needs learn alongside their peers and receive a targeted approach to minimise any barriers to their learning.

Outdoor space

Children play well together in the outdoor areas. They are supported well to share resources and take turns with equipment.

EAL / language support

Staff take time to understand the needs of children who speak English as an additional language, ensuring they receive appropriate support.

We are so happy we chose The Tots Team for our daughter. From day one, the atmosphere has been incredibly welcoming and warm. The transition process was handled with such care, making what could have been a stressful time very easy for us as parents. My daughter absolutely loves going in every morning and often doesn't want to leave! The facilities are clean, bright, and full of engaging activities. It gives us such peace of mind knowing our little one is in safe, capable hands. Highly recommend to any local parents looking for a nurturing home-away-from-home. Thank you Tots Team!

We've been absolutely delighted with The Tots Team Nursery. From day one, the staff have been warm, professional, and genuinely caring towards our little one. Special mention to Sian and Wiki, who have been wonderful with our child. They're attentive, nurturing, and always take the time to update us on how the day has gone. It's clear they love what they do, and that makes all the difference when you're leaving your child in someone else's care. The variety of food provided is excellent - our child comes home having tried different meals throughout the week, which has really helped expand their palate. It's reassuring to know they're getting nutritious, varied meals during the day. We feel completely confident leaving our child here and would highly recommend The Tots Team Nursery to any parent looking for quality childcare in Leeds.

The Tots Team Nursery has been a fantastic experience for my child. The caring staff creates a warm and nurturing environment where kids can thrive. Their play-based curriculum fosters creativity and critical thinking, making learning fun. Communication is excellent; I always receive updates about my child's progress and daily activities. We couldn’t be happier with The Tots Team! The staff are absolutely wonderful — so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Our daughter settled in straight away and absolutely loves her days there. It’s clear that every member of the team puts so much thought and heart into making the nursery a happy, nurturing environment. A real standout is the in-house chef — the meals are fantastic! Everything is freshly prepared, healthy, and so tasty that our daughter often tells us nursery food is her favourite. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s eating well-balanced, home-cooked meals every day. The Tots Team has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the communication with parents is excellent. We feel completely confident that our little one is safe, happy, and thriving. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Just Perfect! After going around and viewing a few different nurseries, The Tots Team stood out! Both daughters love it! Both big and small tots staff are amazing! Always friendly and keep us updated.. both love it and settled fast.. everyone is friendly, cater to each child and provide the best environment possible for the kids .. Perfect, thank you!
