Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff monitor children's progress, and support is sought swiftly where it will benefit children's development. For example, speech and language therapy is prioritised where needed. Children in receipt of this have made rapid progress with their communication skills since receiving targeted intervention and are now progressing well.

Outdoor space

As children play outside, staff extend children's curiosity, encouraging them to construct with hollow tubes and investigate how their voice sounds different. However, the quality of learning is diminished when the group using the area increases, leading to children bumping into each other and becoming unsettled.

Doodles and pops nursery is a calm and nurturing environment and we feel very privileged to be able to have our daughter attend here! There is plenty of activities and space for the little ones to enjoy including an outdoor area. My daughter has always struggled to settle into a setting but felt right at home straight away! The team are amazing and friendly. I can’t wait to see her progress on her journey with doodles and pops x

Our son has been attending Doodles and Pops for the last 4 months and we are amazed with the progress he has made in such a small amount of time. He is always very excited to go to nursery and has settled in brilliantly. The whole team are fantastic, and communication is excellent. The extra touches and effort that Ashleigh and her team put in really do make this setting stand out.

My little boy instantly felt at home at Doodles and Pops, and settled in so quickly. The staff are all so lovely and welcoming and really get to know you, I feel really lucky that we can send him here. They are always learning new things, playing and doing new activities, and encourage the little ones’ favourite activities. He is always excited to arrive and always comes home with a huge smile on his face ☺️

All the staff are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces at Doodles and Pops. My son is a fairly clingy child, but he has come on leaps and bounds in the six months he has been there. He now runs into nursery with a huge smile on his face!
