Marcus and Zoe have managed Early Years@Shape since its establishment in 2018, building on the success of the Shapelindley wraparound childcare service. Both are driven by a passion for community and supporting children's development.

How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff are swift to identify any developmental concerns in children. They support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities effectively. Staff work well with parents and other professionals to plan and implement strategies to benefit children.

Outdoor space

Staff ensure that children enjoy daily outings to play and learn in the local community. Children are motivated and energetic, displaying good control of their bodies and challenging their physical skills as they excitedly climb, balance and swing on play equipment.

Looks like at times children enjoy being there.. However, work environment and staff wise is really poor. Not a great understanding of children needs. To say they claim it is a professional setting, most staff do not have a qualification and there is little organisation. (A lot of laziness too, staff is always sat down.) A lot of drama too between staff…do some research before you chose this nursery…
