I had a very disappointing experience at Nightingales Nursery. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable — the staff looked unhappy and disengaged, which was concerning in a setting meant for children. On top of that, several staff members came across as rude and unapproachable, making communication difficult and unpleasant. There was a clear lack of warmth and professionalism, which left me with little confidence in the environment. I would not recommend this nursery based on my experience.
Read on GoogleMy grand daughter has loved every moment she spent here. She has built lovely relationships with the staff and children and always entered smiling and excited and smiling when she left. She was always raving about the food too! Nightingales has certainly provided a positive start to her schooling.
Read on GoogleMy Son attended the Holiday Club in the summer and really enjoyed it. He bonded so quickly with the staff especially E and H. I loved their attention to detail with my Child's likes and dislikes, the Staff genuinely cared about him which l really appreciated. They were poilte, informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this setting to others. Thank you so much :)
Read on GoogleCouldn’t recommend Nightingales more! My boy has been going here for almost 2 years and he has come on leaps and bounds. He loves going which I think speaks volumes too. All the staff are absolutely wonderful but a super special shoutout to Vickie who is just incredible, my little boy loves her and because of that, we do too. Thank you for all you do x
Read on GoogleMy little one was new to nursery setting. We intensely researched quite a few nurseries and found Nightingale to be one of the best for us in Huddersfield. Their simplicity and caring attitude puts the child and their parents at ease. Our LO is very attached to us and went through a massive detachment anxiety but the staff made this process smooth and seamless. I must say Luise and Abbey in the toddler room have been fantastic:) They have been very helpful during the transition, my child feels secure and happy with Luise. She is a lovely cheerful and an energetic girl, she understands individual children’s needs and tries to cater to it. We speak two different languages and our child is trying to learn both which means there could be mix up of words. Luise has such great listening skills - she picked up on a word and made sure to ask us what it meant, bless her:) Small things make a massive different and we feel this is the kind of attention little people need, it puts parents at easy and can get on with your work, especially because you know your child is in best hands and been taken care off well. The entire nursery set up is outstanding- they have no shoes policy which means kids / parents aren’t carrying germs from the toilets or from outside environment. They have in house chefs and food is cooked hot every day. In case if the child is not eating the set menu, they offer alternative to make sure the child has eaten something. It’s also family run which means all the staff have extra care and responsibility towards the nursery and kids. We absolutely love this place and would recommend it to anyone. Our warm wishes and good luck for the organization xx
