Inclusion & environment
The nursery is on a farm, and staff take children to see different animals, such as deer, donkeys and sheep. Children are also keen to engage in forest school sessions in woodland, where they learn about nature and wildlife.
Staff support children who speak English as an additional language well. They find out key words in the child's home language and use these, as well as pictures, to communicate with children.
