My child has been attending here for a few years now. They have built a great bond with the staff. They enjoy attending nursery each day and role plays at home what they have learnt. The Current management is approachable and supportive too.

Nursery manager is rude, negative and unpleasent. She is unprofessional and behaves as though she dislikes her job. The other staff seem to be decent however, with the nursery manager lacking professionalism and the right standard to be a leader of care, it makes on feel extremely uncomfortable in trusting the nursery to care for your child. I am quite surprised at the reviews as they were what encouraged me to enrol my child at the nursery however, this shows the importance of giving reviews as it informs others about the experience they have had and what to consider. I could go on and on about my short experience with the nursery and manager but I would be here all day. In short, Communication is extremely poor down to daily information about your childs day (they provide a book however due to covid they hand it to parents at the end of the week) and thats if they remember to give it to you. Its not professional an example being the nursery manager is quick to question your home practice rather than how to improve or change practices in the nursery etc. Not a nice a place especially for a young child months- a year old. I would say if thid is your only option, only enrol a child from 2-3 years who are able to speak and tell you themselves how horrible they are.
