What it's like to attend

Staff consider children's emotional wellbeing at all times and help children to feel secure. Children are active learners and enjoy exploring their environment.

Staff who support children with SEND are knowledgeable and experienced, recognising barriers to learning and adapting the curriculum to support children's needs. They work well with other professionals to narrow any gaps in children's learning and development.

Outdoor space

The learning environment outdoors is not as well established as the indoor space. The choice of resources and activities in the outdoor area is limited and does not support a wide range of learning opportunities. This impacts on children's learning, especially for those who prefer to learn in the outdoors. Leaders should strengthen the curriculum in the outdoor area so that children who prefer to learn outdoors can further develop their skills and knowledge.

We moved our little boy to Embrace in February. He had been attending a childminder for 10 months before and every week was inconsolable and so unsettled. From his first day at Embrace he has been like a different child. Even though he only attends one day a week, he has settled in so quickly and absolutely loves it. He loves all of his “aunties” and talks about them at home. The communication from staff is amazing and it’s such a relief he is now happy and settled somewhere he loves. Our only regret is we wish we’d have moved him sooner! Would 100% recommend Embrace to anyone, amazing place and staff who really care about the children they look after. Thank you!

This nursery is absolutely amazing! My son started in November and he has flourished completely. My daughter has just started and loves it. The staff are so amazing and friendly and we would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Absolutely Amazing Nursery. We are so happy that we moved here. From September we have been so impressed with how well our little boys has come on and the amount je does in nursery and the amount they take the kids out to local parks, shops, libraries etc. it's just what we wanted for him. The amount of effort the staff and owners put into the nursery can reslly be seen in just how lovely the place is and it really was a standout building during Christmas with outdoor decorations. In my honest opinion from being at 3 different now. Both other nurseries were great (except one for the last year which we were at for 4 YEARS! went down hill/meadow) This hands down has blown us away and really feels to be worth every penny since nurseries ain't cheap!! I would say, if you are looking for a nursery you really need to look into this one, and get in quick as I reckon this nursery will be a hard one to get into once the word is out there.
