I cannot fault the team at Englefield Green! My daughter when there from 8 months until 13 months (before we relocated) and the girls in the baby room were incredible. Nikki and Charlotte who run the nursery are incredible and everyone is so caring. Lily was my daughter’s main carer alongside Ellie and they were amazing with my daughter. Would recommend them to anyone !
Read on GoogleWe are very happy with our son’s experience at the nursery. Before he started, we were quite worried that he might struggle to settle in, as he is very attached to us. However, thanks to his key person, Ellie, the transition has been much smoother than we expected. Ellie is incredibly professional and patient, and we really appreciate the care and attention she gives our son. The nursery environment is also excellent , it’s spacious, clean, and very well equipped. They have three large gardens, one of which is shaded during the summer, which gives the children more opportunities to safely explore and enjoy the outdoors. The food provided is also impressive. I once saw a meal of turkey and vegetables being prepared for the children, and it looked very healthy and nutritious. It’s reassuring to know that they are offering such balanced meals. Overall, we feel very lucky to have found this nursery, and we are especially grateful to Ellie for helping our son feel happy and secure in his new environment.
Read on GoogleFor the past two years, our daughter has thrived in the warm and nurturing environment at Englefield Green, and we couldn't be more delighted with her's (and our) experience. The staff's energy and professionalism have been truly remarkable, playing a vital role in shaping her into the confident and joyful child she is today. From our initial transition from breastfeeding, the staff provided invaluable support with bottle feeding, demonstrating genuine care and dedication even with small details like applying rash cream. We were amazed by her rapid development, mastering essential life skills such as expressing herself and tidying up. The nursery's 'tidy-up-song' has even become a cherished part of our home routine! We consistently appreciated the quality of care and thorough development monitoring. The daily drop-off and pick-up updates, along with detailed monthly reports and photos, kept us well-informed. Most importantly, our daughter always went to nursery with joy, eager to see her friends and caregivers. The staff's promptness in addressing any issues and their support with at-home parenting challenges were also greatly appreciated. Not forgetting to mention how amazed we were with the creativity of the nurses, preparing all the activities for the little ones. The outdoor play area was a fantastic bonus for our active child too. It's no surprise that this branch has won so many awards; they truly deserve them. We wholeheartedly recommend BH - Englefield Green to any parent seeking a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment. Thank you to all the staff for everything!
Read on GoogleOur baby boy has been in Bright Horizons Englefield Green for 9 months and we are absolutely happy with the nursery so far !! We could see a visible difference between this Bright Horizons Englefield Green and a different nursery that we used for our first child .. The staff are prompt and they provide you with a very good update about the events of the child's day. They are prompt in reporting any accidents when the children bumps onto somewhere, etc .. The facilities look clean but could not get a chance to go into because of COVID.. They were prompt in providing the updates during COVID with regard to any suspected infections, etc .. The hours are longer and convenient as well.. Above all the child seems to be happy overall , so very happy to recommend it to anyone nearby !!
