5/5! We are absolutely delighted with Oaklands! My oldest has now started school and he left in the Summer after over 3 years here - we were so pleased with the care, support and all the little details that the nursery focused on. My youngest also attends and he is thriving here. The communication is fantastic - we always feel really supported and all of the staff are incredibly nurturing. We couldn’t be happier - highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring, happy and supportive nursery!

Lovely nursery. All the staff are so kind and caring towards the children. They really go the extra mile. My daughter has been so happy from when she started at 1yrs. The children have great fun, with a range of activities and learning. The fact that the nursery offers term time only is a huge plus too!

This is the second nursery our little boy has attended, the environment is lovely and he settled in really easily. It’s a more personal environment than our previous experience which we really like. The staff are all kind & helpful. Highly recommend!

Extremely awful and discriminatory experience during the onboarding/registration process. We initially registered my daughter in their baby room however the week before her start date, they sent out what we felt was an alarming email about 'having fired the room manager' so as a parent we enquired about what was going on, their staff turnover and who would take over the room. As a response to the fact that we were asking clarifications they decided to discriminate our daughter and revoke her place to the nursery. This happened via email on a Saturday morning two days before her start date despite having agreed on the Friday evening that we would pop in and get clarifications during her first settle session. What is most appalling of the entire experience is the fact that on their email they justified their decision to revoke her place due to my daughter's 'food allergies/intollerances and her lack of understanding of English'. This is such a bad environment and an awful example of discriminatory behaviour against a 16 months old baby, growing up in a bilingual family. Which baby at 16 months old is fully fluent in English? I am glad this happened before her start date. I feel it was a blessing having found out about the real nature of that toxic environment and their staff attitude. I would NOT RECOMMEND this nursery and their staff to anyone!
