My kids attended for 1 year then we had to leave as we moved house. They had very good time especially in my youngest in the baby room with Gaina and Margherita. My son with special needs was in preschool and it wasn't always good. I recommend this nursery but they aren't very prepared to care for Sen children.

I have now had my daughter at Excel for the past 1year and to be honest I've just read the last review from V. Taran, and I know this parent. She was simply out to get the nursery and cause as much white noise as possible. Our daughter has been really happy here and yes the nursery has had to dismiss some staff they were open and transparent about their need to have good quality staff who work well with parents and children. If you're are looking for a nursery that takes the time to nurture and care for your child, then Excel is really a home from home in child care. I just had to speak up as its unfair for that last review to be there.

My son started Excel at 10 months old, and it was such a great nursery for him. The nursery had been recommended by a neighbor who had said that it was a very loving and caring nursery and I couldn't agree more! He settled in very quickly, which I think is testament to the attention and care they gave him. They were flexible with his routine and really good at communicating with parents about his day, what he ate, what he did, when he slept. Would recommend.

This is an outstanding nursery. I send my daughter here when she was about 2 years old for almost 2 years full-time. They exceeded all my expectations. Everyone is really friendly, helpful and kind at all times. They were going out of their way to make sure I and my daughter were satisfied with everything. Their manger Chantel is really an amazing person. She is always there to listen and help. They helped my daughter turn into a confident child who is now doing really well in her year2 primary school. Thank you for everything.

That was the worst experience ever. My daughter attended this nursery when she was 2 years old for 7 months. Once I picked her up with a huge scratch near her left eye, when I asked the staff what happened they didn't know what to answer, then I asked for CCTV , of course they didn't offer me, saying that they are not for parents, really??? After that I decided to change the nursery and I asked for deposit, of course I haven't received it. But each time when nursery was closed, for Christmas or Bank Holiday I had to pay. Likely after that nightmare I found the best nursery for my daughter, and she was the happiest girl to attend it. Please don't send your child to excel child care.
