My son currently attends the nursery and is in the baby room. He has been here just over a year and has thrived since being here. He has built great bonds with the adults within his room and loves coming here. The communication is good and there is an an app called “family” that is used throughout the day to keep us well updated and we always look forward to seeing the pictures of what our son has been up to throughout the day on there too. As a family we have had an extremely happy time at Fennies Woking, and have always felt that our son has been very well looked after and cared for. The staff have and always are fantastic.
Read on GoogleMy eldest child started at Fennies in March 2021 at 14 months and left in September 2023 to go to the preschool attached to the school she will be attending. My youngest has been at Fennies since January 2023 and is still attending, My eldest loved her time at Fennies & has wonderful memories from there. I could always tell how much fun she was having by the pictures that were posted of her involved in so many activities. My youngest also loves going in and gets excited when we pull up outside. I know she is in safe capable hands (currently in the toddler room) and she has developed so much since joining in January. I credit the staff for this and cannot thank them enough. The girls in those rooms do a wonderful job day in, day out and make the days full of fun in a caring environment.
Read on GoogleMy daughter currently attends the baby room and I could not be more happier with her care. She loves coming in and will leave me without a care. She has build some lovely bonds with the baby room staff and absolutely adores her key person. I myself have great feedback via the famly app and find this has built a great parent partnership. I couldn't of asked for more in a nursery
Read on GoogleOur son Freddie has been attending Fennies since August last year and our experience has been exceptional, despite the fact that they were restaffing and unfortunately this had been reflected in their Ofsted report. Nevertheless, we had heard great things from our neighbours whose sons attend Fennies too, so we signed up while he was in the womb! The Fennies campus is immaculate and has all the amenities to keep him safe, stimulated and happy. They cater for each meal and the food is of a high quality. Generally speaking this would all be enough, but what makes Fennies special is the staff and management. Our son has epilepsy and has SEN requirements too. He suffered a Grand Mal Seizure one Friday afternoon and their response to this was life saving. The comfort and care provided to us during this and the professional and calm demeanour displayed by all staff further solidified our respect and trust for them. If you are looking for a nursery that truly cares about your child’s well being, Fennies is a great choice.
Read on GoogleMy son has been at Fennies Woking for almost a year and a half. From the moment we walked in and met the staff, we felt like we were part of a loving community. Leaving your child to work full-time is so incredibly hard, but knowing that they are happy and loved all day everyday has been a massive weight off my shoulders. We have watched him grow and develop so amazingly between the support and love he gets at home and the support and love he gets from Fennies’ staff. He has been so lucky with not only the best key workers (we are forever in their debt), but each member in the rooms has formed a relationship with us and he clearly has a bond with each of them. My son had a seizure in the room and the staff not only kept him safe and had all been trained, they got on to the ambulance immediately and helped save his life with the way they handled it. Would have given them 6 stars but Google caps it at 5! :)
