How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities well. They work closely with parents and other professionals to put targeted plans in place, and leaders use additional funding wisely to purchase resources and activities to support children's specific needs.

Outdoor space

Children thoroughly enjoy their time outdoors and the freedom to explore. They have many opportunities to discover nature in the fun outdoor spaces and forest school garden, delighting in creating play with water, sand, and dough. Older children have opportunities to use tools and develop an understanding of the world as they make bird feeders to hang in the garden.

The staff are fantastic here and they really integrate and bond with the children. On a daily basis they cover lots of creative and educational activites keeping the children happy throughout the day. My daughter often loves telling me the stories and adventures from her day. She has built such a beautiful bond with her teachers and other members of staff throughout reception. Each day they draw her a little picture on a post-it note which she loves. Shewould probably stay there if she could. Also, they try out lots of different meals and even have specials on for annual events/celebrations. I could not recommend this place more!

Absolutely love the team and the facilities! As a first time mum, handing over your little one to strangers in the hope they love them like you do and they do! We had a lovely key worker who bonded with my son and when it changed and I was worried they wouldn’t have the same. The new key worker went above and beyond to ensure my little baby was comfortable and happy. He is thriving now and gets so excited when he sees familiar faces (he even loves the ladies that do not work in his room). Would highly recommend!

The staff go above and beyond for the needs of all the little ones here. I felt so safe dropping of both my daughters here. The kids are engaged in age appropriate activities, nurtured by a caring and family like team and the food is all healthy and freshly prepared on site. Huge garden for the kids to run and play. A manager always available to talk to. A home away from home and they do it so well. Thank you Field House for giving us some wonderful years and memories.
