Awful. My children had a terrible experience. Rated "satisfactory" by Ofsted, not Outstanding as some websites claim. I didn't find it satisfactory. Not modern, no evidence of progressive thinking or taking comments on board. Confrontational and horrible to deal with. I could go on, but suffice to say my children won't set foot in the place ever again. i now drop them off somewhere where I am confident they're well looked after and happy.

I have placed three of my children with the nursery over the last 6 years and have received impeccable service with each child. We have recently moved areas and have gone to a new nursery in Cheshire which does not live up to the standards we received from this great nursery. Thank you to everybody at First Steps :)
