Woodland Adventure Nursery provides a nurturing environment where children from birth to 11 years can embark on an exciting learning journey, both indoors and amidst nature. The nursery employs an online app to keep parents updated with daily information and photographs of their child's progress. They cater to different age groups, including babies (newborn to 2 years), toddlers (2-3 years), pre-schoolers (3-5 years), and primary school-aged children (5+ years).

How they support every child

SEND provision

The support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is well embedded. The special educational needs and disability coordinator works with staff to identify gaps in learning and provide targeted intervention. Children benefit from the use of additional screening tools to assess their speech and language development, which helps staff to address concerns swiftly. Children with SEND make ongoing progress from their individual starting points.

Outdoor space

Babies use the climbing equipment independently. Children are developing some of the important skills needed for the next stage in their development, particularly the move to school.

My child has only started recently but attended a previous nursery before hand and already I can see a big change! This nursery is so much better for her, the staff are absolutely amazing in what they do, have been ever so welcoming and even offered to come with me to my daughters appointments as she is on the spectrum for special needs. She comes out of nursery ever so happy and has such an amazing time whilst being there, I love the fact you get pictures of them playing and updates on the stuff they do there! The best decision I ever did was put my child into this nursery and I would 100% recommend it to any parent!

Woodlands adventure nursery in golborne is an amazing nursery with fantastic and safe settings. Our daughter has been coming here for over a year and has loved it from day one. The staff are always on hand to help and nothing is too much trouble and are always more than happy to spend the time filling you in on her day. Have such peace of mind when dropping her off and know she is in safe hands and enjoys every time she is there. Her development has come on so much and can see how happy she is to go in when dropping her off. Would recommend to anyone looking at placing their child here. Thanks to everyone

My daughter has been at the nursery before it changed to Woodland. My son will also be joining in the new year. The change has been amazing. You can see the work the staff put in, and the connection they have with the children. It’s an amazing nursery with great facilities and even better team. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Honestly would not choose anywhere else for my little girl to go. Since February 2023, my little girl has attended Woodlands nursery and it is outstanding. We’ve always been happy with the nursery and if we had any concerns or worries, it was always dealt with the upmost respect and support. The staff are kind, caring and so supportive of the little ones. There is a reason my daughter wakes up begging to see the key workers there. It’s because they are amazing. It’s reasonably priced and the staff are more than happy to support with any finances. My daughter is thriving and it is because of this amazing nursery.

Amazing nursery 😊 my daughter started at the beginning of the month and she absolutely loves it. The staff can't do enough for you and are always there to answer any questions or just have a chat. My daughter comes home singing all the new songs she's learnt and I can just see the change in her. 100% recommend sending your little ones here ❤️
