What parents say

Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection

"Parents speak highly of the support they receive and the progress their children make, particularly in their language and social skills."

Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities benefit from individual staff attention to help them communicate and ensure they are engaged. Staff carefully monitor younger children, children with SEND, and those who speak English as an additional language, working very closely with parents to continue to close gaps in their learning.

Outdoor space

Children thoroughly enjoy being outdoors in the fresh air, and staff help them to test and extend their physical skills. However, staff caring for babies do not give enough consideration to how they can offer increased opportunities for babies to crawl and climb.

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Flying High! After a year on maternity leave, my daughter and I developed a very close bond, so I was understandably a bit nervous about how she would settle into nursery life. But I spent to much time worrying because she didn’t even need any extra settling-in sessions! Just over a month in, and the progress she’s made has been incredible. She enjoys her daily activities and genuinely loves her time at nursery. The staff are so warm, friendly, and down to earth — it really feels like a home away from home. The team in baby room are so lovely, Maleeha, Adeeba, Saule, Aleena & Zaynab ❤️ i appreciate them all so much and the management team are no less than welcoming and supportive. Thank you Anzar, Alina & Zainab. The facilities are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up for little ones. I also really appreciate the variety of meals offered and the daily updates through the famly app - being able to see what she’s up to each day is such a reassuring and lovely touch. As a parent returning to work, it’s a huge comfort knowing she’s so well cared for. I couldn’t be happier — thank you, Flying High ❤️

I have no words to describe how I feel about the nursery as to everyone it’s a nursery. But to me and my family it’s a second home. My oldest went there from 14 months and I had such a pleasant experience with him. He wasn’t talking at the age of 3.5 and then he came across his new teacher Emma and he talked and now he doesn’t stop. Then I got my second child she has just got potty trained and as you can understand with three kids it’s difficult to manage but again with the support and help of Emma we have achieved and completed her potty training she is nappy free. Then we have the management, administration and the entire staff that are so supportive caring and go beyond for our children and for us parents. I am sending my baby of the family who will be 14 months to the nursery in April and I cannot wait to experience it all over again. Thank you so much Flying high nursery. I couldn’t have done it on my own.

Flying High Nursery has been an amazing experience for my daughter, since starting nursery she has made amazing progression, developed her skills & confidence. When I reflect on the progress she has made since starting nursery to now it has been incredible. Full credit goes to the Fying High Team, Nursery Manager Zainab, her key worker Maleeha aswell as Salma, Shamila & Qassim. The Nusery is always open to feedback & is great at tailoring support according to the child needs. If anyone is looking at sending their child to a nusery Flying High Nusery is recomended 10/10.

This is a wonderful nursery. My son has been going to this nursery since he was 9 months when he was at the baby room the staff such as Neelam, Katie and Hannah. They all looked after him so well as if he was their own baby! He used to cry a lot but he stopped once at nursery. By the time he had turn 2 he was moved to the toddler room where Anila, who’s head of the toddlerroom Emma, Mehvish, Sabrina and Habiba all pampered him really well!! Once he moved to the pre school with people like Maleeha, Qasim - (he’s the only man but all the boys go and ask him for help!) Salma, Shamila, Anzar and Zainab he was able to learn a lot from there because his speech was delayed around 1-2 but now he can start speaking bit by bit and hes also doing activities he’s developed alot. This is a lovely nursery with amazing staff!! The nursery is like a second family, all the staff from mangers like Zainab and Anzar they’re amazing and helpful people. If anyone has kids I’ll recommend them to here!
