A nursery you can call a home away from home. The building is always kept clean and tidy, the staff are so friendly and happy to help. It’s definitely an environment you can trust. My child has been attending for almost a year now and we have had no problems - I have recommended to all my friends and family. Thanks to the dedicated staff in the Sapphires room spending the time to encourage learning through play with lots of creative activities and making the effort to engage with the children through songs, dance and books. The progress in our child has been incredible - from communicating to through to problem solving and showing independence, especially meal times. Some days he will surprise us with something new he has learnt through nursery. We receive daily updates and regular progress summary. Thank you for giving our child the best start to his education! It’s been worth every penny!

My daughter attended Genius Gems she is now in reception. Katie and the girls are simply amazing. My daughter adopted Katie as her aunty, it just shows the level of love, care and time she has for the children. I have recently put my youngest in to the nursery he is 2 and I know he is well looked after This really is the best nursery!

I would happily recommend Genius Gems to any parent looking for childcare. The setting is lovely and clean, the children are always engaged and happy & the staff are amazing. My daughter settled in here extremely quickly, after failing to at another nursery after 6 months. She enjoys going and is often so happy to go in that she forgets to say goodbye to us. They've always catered to her allergies diligently and she's never missed out due to them. A brilliant nursery overall.

Absolutely the best nursery ever. I was so anxious for my 11 month old girl to start nursery and be away from me. Staff made it so easy ! I was updated on regular basis , I’ve received plenty photos during induction and first weeks. I still receive pictures nearly every day. All details are updated on app. I know when my daughter slept and how long , what’s she’s eaten and how much. I can have a peek after drop off or before collection in reception on their own cctv. I even moved my 4yo boy from his old nursery. Staff is so transparent and open I am confident my children are safe , happy and taken good care off. Nursery have their own chef , you can always tell kids will have great meals , prepared fresh daily. Building and rooms are cleaned every day. I recommend this nursery to everyone!

We moved our little boy (2 and half) from another nursery after we saw the OFSTEAD review for Genius Gems, and we are quite happy with the decision. Photo updates almost every day, parent meetings to discuss progress, plus everything is brand new - new furniture, new toys, and very well-lit spaces. It feels like they have sufficient staff to properly take care of the children. I would definitely recommend this nursery and I hope that the management will keep the staff happy as long as possible.
