I highly recommend this nursery! It was absolutely fantastic for my children. From just their second day, they were running in happily and would get genuinely upset on their days off. Gemma, the SENCo, is super experienced and has been incredibly supportive. She has gone above and beyond to help one of my children develop in areas they previously struggled with. She’s taken the time to print tailored resources, recommend specific equipment, and much needed guidance. The progress my child has made since joining the nursery has been remarkable. One thing I really appreciated when choosing this nursery was the staff. The majority are parents themselves or older ladies, which was important to me, especially after visiting other nurseries where most carers were very young, looking like teens. I’m sure there are benefits in younger staff, however, I personally felt more reassured knowing my children were with experienced carers. If you’re looking for a safe, nurturing environment where education, structure, and strong bonds are prioritised, you won’t be disappointed. And if your child is lucky enough to have Lou Lou, Firba, Ana, Vicky or Emel as their key worker, like mine did, you’ll be in great hands. These ladies have been amazing and all the other staff are fab too.

Wonderful nursery, my son is loving it there. They made my return to work after maternity leave so much easier and I’m very grateful for it. The nursery is quite small and independently run, the staff really care about the children and go out of their way to accommodate their needs. My son’s key person is very caring and she always comes up with fun and engaging activities. The manager is always around, making sure all children are happy and looked after. They send very frequent updates to the app and upload lots of pictures throughout the day. I visited a few nurseries when I was pregnant and this one stood out because of the way the staff were treating the children, it felt so warm and positive. I would definitely recommend it.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Gifted Hands, especially with the baby group! Our son absolutely loved it there, and as parents, it gives us such peace of mind knowing he’s in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment. The entire staff is fantastic, but a special mention goes to Firba, one of the carers. She’s absolutely amazing, and you can see how quickly the children warm up to her. Our son was always so happy to see her, and it’s clear she genuinely cares for each of the kids. The bond she creates with them is heartwarming to witness, and it makes a big difference knowing he’s in such capable and loving hands. Highly recommend Gifted Hands.

Thank you to Gifted Hands who looked after my son so well while he was there. The baby room leader and his keyworker are mothers and were very caring and nurturing towards my son. He was always happy to go to nursery and I am confident he was well looked after. Thanks again!
