Inclusion & environment
The manager and staff understand children's needs, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), and meet them accordingly. Staff support all children to make good progress, including children with SEND, and liaise closely with outside agencies, such as occupational therapists, to implement helpful strategies that support children, including visual prompts to develop communication skills.
While the report mentions inspectors viewed the indoor and outdoor learning environments, it notes that at times, staff do not interact swiftly enough with children or recognise where they could be better deployed to support children's learning, particularly in the nursery garden. Children enjoy challenging activities, such as climbing trees, as they learn how to manage risk safely.
Our daughter absolutely loves it here! She is always so happy and the staff are always so helpful and attentive. Regular updates on the app with photos too so you can see what they have been up to.
Read on GoogleDo not send your child here if they have or it is possible that they later turn out to have SEND needs, they're are ill informed and ill equipped to accommodate, there are some lovely people working there, but the management are clueless including the apparent SENDCo. Chucked our 7 year old out of their after school club, after she went there for pre-school because they couldn't handle her meltdowns due to Autism, yes they're explosive, but can be managed if you know how. We and her school manage. And she is likely to grow out of them. Gave no notice of this coming and just send an email telling us which take immediate effect. And effects our work which they would know. So disappointed in our experience with them when it's came to this.
Read on GoogleThe level of incompetence compounded by ignorance and mis-management is unforgivable.
Read on GoogleThe best nursery ever...they are so good with send kids...amazing staff and so helping and positive team...bless u all
