Inclusion & environment
Staff seek out advice from others when needed. For example, staff use a sign of the week to promote children's communication. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are supported well.
Children benefit from a well organised and thought out outdoor space that meets their needs based on age and stage of development. They explore freely outdoors and are supported to develop their independence. Managers have significantly enhanced the outdoor spaces to promote more physical activity and new learning experiences, including a large vegetable patch, climbing frame, mark making and messy play area.
