Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents are highly complementary of the care, education and experiences they and their children receive.
They report that staff and leaders support them as unique families, enabling a personalised two-way-flow of information.
Inclusion & environment
Leaders proactively support staff to ensure that they can plan and deliver a meaningful curriculum that is ambitious for all children, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). Children with SEND are supported by caring and nurturing staff to make the progress they are individually capable of. Prompt intervention, effective individual support plans and strong partnership working means that children receive consistent targeted support where they need it most.
The inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children’s learning.
I am so grateful we chose Growing Up Green (Beaconsfield Villas) for our daughter. She spent four wonderful years there, and I couldn't have asked for a warmer, more nurturing start to her life. The small class sizes have been invaluable, she grew up with the same group of children, and we have formed strong bonds with other families as well. The nursery offers a wide variety of rotating, age-appropriate activities and has an on-site chef preparing healthy hot lunches, helping the children develop a love for different foods. Our daughter is now a confident, happy little girl, well-prepared for school. I wholeheartedly give this nursery 10/10 and recommend it to all my friends.
Read on GoogleYesterday we said farewell to GUG after four and a half wonderful years. From day 1, the team have been like family to us and we couldn't be more grateful for the beautiful start they have given our daughter. We arrived with a tiny newborn and we depart with a kind, confident and school-ready four year old. GUG's staff are exceptional, always going above and beyond to develop close bonds with the children and make them feel at home. Weekly forest school trips, yoga, music classes and a diverse blend of activities and learning have brought out so much richness in our daughter's personality. We will miss GUG dearly and couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you GUG! 💚 Hatty, Karen & Bella xxx
