Safeguarding. It has taken me a long time to be able to write this review. But they allowed a non parent who had never picked up my child to pick them up on a day I was meant to pick them up because the father had said so and the father also told them that if I turn up they cannot allow me to collect my own child. Needless to say the police were contacted. During COVID they promised that they would be open for children if the parent was still working. They reneged on that, but they didn't reimburse the parents.

My husband lost his job so we couldn't move to Manchester as planned. Despite the nursery knowing our upsetting situation, they refused to return my £120 deposit as it's 'non-refundable unless we change our minds and send our child there'. Of course, we'll fly her there daily from Birmingham shall we? They're clearly only after money and have no empathy.
