A dedicated team of experienced and qualified staff, primarily first-aid trained, focuses on fostering a fun, social, and stimulating atmosphere. The nursery also prioritises healthy eating with meals prepared on-site from locally sourced, fresh ingredients, accommodating various dietary needs.
They also maintain a strong parent-nursery partnership through the Famly online educational system, providing regular updates on each child's progress and experiences.

Fees are calculated using a flat hourly rate, with meals charged as additional daily extras. Parents can choose to provide a packed lunch or purchase cooked meals and afternoon tea. Government-funded hours are subject to an optional hourly consumables charge.
