When the new owners took over the nursery, I was incredibly impressed. The staff were warm, welcoming, attentive, and focused on creating a nurturing environment. The management introduced positive updates, enhancing both the activities and overall organisation. My daughter started to enjoy going, and I felt confident she was in great hands. The improvements had truly made a difference, in the last few months she had with the new owners her speech had improved and she was more confident in herself. I highly recommend the nursery under its new leadership!

Handprints is an absolutely fabulous, dedicated and trustworthy childcare we could ever have wished for and my daughter absolutely adored all staff . They have so much patience and enthusiasm for their job and such a real love of the children they cares for. My daughter spent a lovely time there since she was 8,5 months until pre-school. Now my son and is with them and I have exactly the same feelings.

My little girl has been attending since November 2021 since attending her confidence and speech have grew massively, she always comes home so happy telling me all the fun she’s had and all the different activities she’s been doing. All the staff are amazing and so lovely. They also take lots of pictures throughout the day and upload them to the app witch I love because she looks like she’s having the best time in all the pictures and makes me feel at ease knowing that she’s having a good time. Honestly couldn’t recommend this nursery enough to anybody looking in the area.

My twins had to move nursery with no notice - the staff at Handprints were wonderful. My twins were (understandably) initially upset every morning but Kyla, Megan, Shannon, and Abigail made time for them and worked really hard to ensure they settled in. Eventually, N and J looked forward to going and really thrived at the nursery. We often drive past and the twins exclaim ‘there’s the nursery!’ demonstrating clearly that they have fond memories.

My 3 year old had his settling in session and he absolutely loved it, he only cried when it was time to go home! He told me “the ladies were really funny and kind to me”. The lovely staff made us all feel so comfortable and welcome and sent us photos and updates through the app. He can’t wait to go back!
