I applied for a September start for my son back in May and was told I would be contacted within a few weeks. Despite several phone calls and visits to the nursery, I received no updates and was repeatedly told that administration for September had not yet started. By mid-August, I still had no contact, so I visited again, only to be told that my application form — which contained all of my personal and sensitive information — could not be found. Later, I was told it may have been shredded, but without any clear explanation. This has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Not only have I had no confirmation of a place for my child, but the mishandling of my application raises serious concerns about how personal data is managed. Parents put their trust in nurseries to care for their children and handle information responsibly — sadly, this has not been my experience.

Careless Staff. Not good to send out your kids there. Just try some other nursery even if it is little bit far.. these lots are absolutely useless.

My son attends the preschool room and loves it, Chloe and her team do an amazing job and know the children so well. They deliver care in a loving and nurturing way. We have just attended a school readiness meeting where they outlined how they intend to get the children ready for school, it was very informative and as an Early Years teacher myself I could see that they know the curriculum well.

My boy has picked up so many bad habits . Had his hair pulled out , they have also failed to send half term supermarket vouchers to family's that need them . Poorly run by children themselves . Can't be trusted to tell the truth and things get stolen
