The curriculum, 'Birth To 5 Matters,' tracks children's development across seven key learning areas, individualising learning through children's interests. The nursery fosters self-regulation by teaching children about feelings through play and implementing structured routines, while also promoting empathy and caring attitudes.

The environment is designed to provide 'cultural capital,' offering diverse experiences such as learning new languages, sign language, and outdoor woodland exploration. The setting is divided into three age-appropriate rooms: a baby unit for under-2s with dedicated sleep rooms, a toddler room for 2-3 year olds with various play activities, and a preschool room for 3-5 year olds that mimics a classroom setting to prepare them for school, including phonics, dance, and French lessons.

The nursery is equipped with a 'Menerga' heating system that ensures a healthy environment by continuously circulating fresh, temperature-controlled air. There is also a specially designed outdoor garden with an outdoor playroom, allowing for free-flow play in all weather conditions.
