HKF is a really fantastic nursery. We had two children who went there, and the staff really got to know them and supported their unique personalities. The nursery has a lovely garden that the children use all the time for outdoor learning and exploring. Monika, the owner and manager, is in every day and knows all the children, which is really reassuring. There’s always plenty going on with lots of activities, but the kids also get time to chill out when they need it. What really stood out for us was how great the staff are at helping children understand and manage their emotions, teaching kindness, and letting them grow in their own way. We honestly couldn’t recommend HKF more!

Our son joined the baby room at Happy Kids Face in May when he was 1 and we have been so happy with how he has been settled into nursery life. I was a nervous first time mum but the team have been really kind and patient while he figured out how to nap in nursery environment and he sleeps and eats so well there now. He is always happy to go in and is greeted with a big hug at the door by the girls who he loves. We really enjoyed sports day this summer and meeting the other kids and parents. It’s a really warm and welcoming environment, with a lovely garden with lots of activities to keep the kids entertained which was a big plus for us.

Both of our children spent many happy years at HKF (or Nursery's House, as it became affectionately known). We'd moved our first child there after a negative experience at another nursery and it was a different world. The staff were attentive, polite and helpful and both children developed well and happily. We continued to keep our children there after moving away from Twickenham as it was too difficult to leave!

I couldn’t recommend Happy Kids Face enough! I sent both children there and they felt happy, loved and learned lots. It is small so the staff really know the kids.. it’s basically an extension of the family. Fabulous and committed staff (no agency workers), lovely children, safe environment with outdoor space so no need to drag the kids across Twickenham to get to outdoor play areas.

A fantastic nursery. I couldn’t ask for our two daughters to be in a more caring and safe environment. The stability of staff and positivity from the team is testament to a wonderfully well run nursery. Everything about Happy Kid’s is wonderful.
