Our daughter started at Fennies in December 2025. From registration through to start date, the team were fantastic: communication was really clear and people always on hand to answer tricky questions around funded hours, settling in days, and so on.
The provision itself is excellent - staff are super professional, activities are thoughtfully planned, the food is amazing and leadership a very visible. Communication is great and everyone is really friendly and supportive.
We feel very lucky that our child's here - she's thoroughly enjoys it, looks forward to seeing everyone each morning, and is developing strong bonds with staff and other children! Highly recommended

Our experience with Fennies has been exceptional. From day one, it's been clear that they care about the child's wellbeing and development just as much as parents do, and this is reflected in every aspect of the nursery.
The building is clean, bright, and welcoming, just a genuinely happy place to be. The staff are incredible, bringing warmth, energy, and real dedication to ensuring each child is engaged and developing confidently.
Communication is excellent, with regular updates via an online portal showing photos of your child enjoying the facilities, as well as their naps, nappy changes, and detailed meal information. The menu itself is always varied, healthy, and thoughtfully prepared.
As first-time parents, leaving our child was daunting, but Fennies completely removed that stress. We feel confident knowing our child is safe, happy, and thriving thanks to their wonderful team and facilities. Even the welcome gifts, like the rucksack and drinks bottle, were a lovely touch.

My daughter recently joined Fennies Twickenham and we’ve been more than happy with how well she’s settled in and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff that work there! My daughter has already in a short space of time shown new interests and skills. Katie the manager was so welcoming from our tour around the nursery to every day we arrive she’s always such a smiley happy welcoming face. All the staff greet us with a warm welcome and I’m very happy we chose this nursery!

We've had such a lovely settling in experience at Fennies - Twickenham. From the moment we walked in, Katie the manager greeted us with a big smile and already knew my son's name, which made everything feel personal and immediately put me at ease. The team have been warm, welcoming and so reassuring. The little welcome gift with the Fennies rucksack and drinks bottles is adorable and already in full use! I love the parent room, which allowed me to work on site during settling in, making the transition feel calm and supportive. The Famly app keeps me updated throughout the day and gives real peace of mind. Sometimes you just have to trust your gut, and the feeling I had walking into Fennies- Twickenham was that, this is the right place for my son.The team - Ellen, Ruby, Alec, Shilpa, Ella and Naomi have been outstanding. Our son had been with Fennies since September and we are so happy with the choice we made.
The nursery is new so all the facilities are just amazing.
He had a few days where it was difficult to say goodbye in the morning but every single time Alec and all the members from the Discoverers room handle those situations with care and attention. Now he is walking in the nursery without doubt and can say goodbye smiling at us. It really shows that they made nursery a safe place for him and we are grateful for that. His physical development but also his talking improved a lot and we are thankful as English is not the language spoken at home.
Every morning and afternoon Katie is always there at the reception with a big smile and for us parents it’s so great to see this warm atmosphere whenever you are there. Thank you very much to the amazing team at Fennies Twickenham!
