My son is currently at Harlequins-private-day-nursery, and the staff have been so wonderful with him. They've spent lots of time making sure he's comfortable and have the time to discuss concerns if needed Its a lovely place, full of the nicest people, it really feels welcoming and like a family. I couldn't recommend it more, we're sending our newest little one there soon too Thank you to all the staff ❤️
Read on GoogleMy daughter went to Harlequins from just before she turned 1 until she left for school (4 1/2). During that time she developed a fantastic foundation that has helped her to this very day. I can't remember a day when she wasn't happy to be dropped off there. It helped that the staff were always very welcoming and obviously made it a fun, safe and enjoyable environment. They were always there to discuss any problems and offered good advise if I, or my daughter were struggling with anything. My daughter has made friends for the future there, and her best friend, was a girl who was also there for a similar amount of time. Harlequins maybe a small nursery, but the amount of effort and love that goes into the care and well being of the children, is brilliant. I would totally recommend Harlequins to give your little ones the perfect start in life.
Read on GoogleBoth our daughter and son went to Harlequins nursery for several years from when they were babies and until we moved to Scotland in 2016. It was a nice small nursery and the staff there were amazing. Very professional and gave our children so much love and affection. We will always be grateful to Harlequins for helping to give our kids the best start in life.
Read on GoogleAbsolutely outstanding. My little has been at Harlequins for 7 months now, and I cannot recommend them enough. The owner and staff are very attentive and are so helpful with the children’s development. Extremely clean and safe environment with lovely food options. It’s so comforting knowing my little boy is happy and well looked after, whilst I work. If I could take Sami home, I would. Such a caring lady. Thank you Harlequins’s. The best in the area. Xx
Read on GoogleReally unhappy with the quality of care my child received. When putting in a formal complaint the manager did not take it seriously and laughed accusing me of making this up. The meeting was recorded and this can be proven. When asking for answers and an apology for the poor treatment the nursery refused to speak with me except through a solicitor . The complaint investigation was concluded within 24 hours with no apology for the manager's poor reaction to my complaint, despite them admitting that a staff member swore on premises during working hours. Instead they proceeded to wrongly accuse me of things and demanding fees from me because their contracts state you must give a months' notice despite me not feeling that my child would be safe in their care. I would not recommend them at all and advise people to really do their research before choosing a nursery because there is a lot of nurseries in the area
