St. George's Nursery, a family-owned establishment, began its journey in 1994 when its founders sought superior childcare for their own children. Their vision was to create a leading Leicester nursery that would prepare children for school by nurturing their educational, social, physical, and emotional skills, fostering confidence.
Today, the nursery continues to see rapid growth in its enrolment. The primary goal is to provide a secure and joyful community where children can thrive and receive quality education suitable for their age.
The nursery emphasises healthy eating, holding an accreditation in this area. They believe in a close partnership with parents to create a relaxed and happy environment for the children.
St. George's Nursery also prides itself on its dedicated, long-serving staff.

Inclusion & environment
The managers and staff are responsive to any delays in children's development. They identify gaps in children's learning and work in partnership with parents and other professionals to provide early intervention for children, to enable them to reach their potential.
Staff make sure children get daily fresh air and exercise. The outdoor areas provide opportunities for children to develop their physical skills. For example, toddlers climb and slide on the large wooden pirate ship.
Both my children are very happy at this nursery. The staff are all wonderful and take the effort to ensure they know my children and their needs. They support me in everything I do with my children at home and continue these activities with them whilst they are in their care. As a parent that works full time, it is a big weight off my mind to know that both my babies are in the best care possible when they aren't with me. The attention and care provided at St George's day nursery is second to none.
