We are so lucky to find the Hearts nursery here at Loughton after having a very bad experience with another nursery. My son started earlier this year with another nursery and was very unhappy, crying every single day for 2 months, he was not taking care off and the staff didn’t empathize with him. We decided to move him and found this wonderful nursery, after 2 days of starting here my son didn’t cry anymore, he is fully settled now and loves going to the nursery. The staff are incredible, compassionate and caring and they for sure exceeded our expectations. Us as parents are very relieved now to know our son is happy, loved and taking care of, he goes every morning with a smile on his face and when we pick him up he is very joyful and happy and wants to show us what he has done during the day, they are having many activities, he is eating very well (at home he is very picky). Thank you to all the amazing staff here at Hearts for taking care of our son!!!

Our 18 month old daughter has been at this nursery for a little over a month now and we are delighted with the love, care and attention she has received since being there. It was a big decision to move her to a different nursery and I was worried about how she would settle - I needn't have been worried at all. She absolutely loves going to nursery and is always super happy when we collect her. Developmentally, she has also come on leaps and bounds, in such a short time. This is due to the personalised attention she gets from the qualified and committed staff. Thank you Hearts nursery for providing a safe and nurturing environment for our daughter to thrive and grow.

We couldn’t be happier with Hearts Day Nursery! Our daughter has been with them since it opened and settled in so quickly, far better than we ever expected (given she hasn’t been in any nursery setting previously or been left with anyone other than family) and that’s entirely down to the incredible team of staff who made her feel safe, loved, and genuinely cared for. There is nothing better than seeing how happy our daughter is and how much she enjoys and loves nursery (and tells us often that she does!). We feel so lucky to have found a nursery where she is not only well looked after, but where she truly thrives. We can’t thank the team enough for creating such a positive, caring, and nurturing environment! ❤️

My daughter started attending this nursery after a very disheartening and disappointing experience we had with another local nursery for 4 months. Seeing our baby so cheerful and engaged every day during pick up makes us feel so happy with our decision. The difference is like day and night. We feel the actual love and care they show towards our daughter. She asks for the nursery staff even when at home and gets upset if we happen to pass by the nursery and don’t go inside. She loves the staff there and goes in with open arms ready for cuddles. The communication from the management and staff members is great and I can 10000% recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a loving and lovely setting for their baby.
