I feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery, as both of my children have attended, and my experience over several years has been consistently outstanding. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed, listened to, and completely confident that my children were in the best possible hands. The staff are the true heart of the nursery. Every carer is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development and wellbeing. The manager Katherine is very dedicated to her job. My children built strong, trusting relationships with their key workers, who took the time to understand their individual personalities, interests, and needs. Communication has always been excellent — I am kept fully informed about progress, daily activities, milestones, and any concerns, which gave me real peace of mind as working parents. The level of care is exceptional. The nursery strikes a wonderful balance between nurturing emotional development and encouraging independence. My children were supported with kindness and patience as they grew in confidence, social skills, and self-esteem. The team is particularly impressive at managing transitions, whether moving rooms or preparing for school, ensuring each child feels secure and ready for the next step. The facilities are excellent — bright, clean, and thoughtfully laid out to stimulate learning and play. There is a wide range of age-appropriate resources, creative activities, and learning areas that clearly support early years development. Outdoor play is a real highlight; the children spent plenty of time outside, exploring, being active, and learning through nature, which we really value. Overall, this nursery has played a hugely positive role in my children’s early years. Knowing that both of my children were happy, safe, and thriving there has meant everything to us. We would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any family looking for a caring, professional, and enriching environment for their child.

So happy with our decision to send both our girls to Monkey Puzzle - each room has given them fantastic opportunities for growth & development, our eldest actually took her first ever steps with the team in the Baby room! It's clear how much the staff care for the children and as parents, it's so important to feel that the children are safe and well looked after. The consistent updates across the day are lovely to see, especially the photos of what activities they've been up to!
