About this day nursery
HOPE Early Years, part of the charity HOPE for Children and their Families Ltd, offers a nurturing environment for children aged three months to four years. The nursery focuses on fostering resilience, independence, and confidence through a stimulating curriculum that balances child-initiated and adult-led activities.
Staff create individualised learning experiences by observing children's interests and integrating them into weekly planning. The nursery is committed to positive relationships and attachments, ensuring children feel safe and secure to explore and experiment.
HOPE Early Years has an "Outstanding" rating from Ofsted and utilises an online learning journal system called Tapestry to share children's progress with parents. They offer various rooms catering to different age groups: Ladybird Room for 0-2 years, Caterpillar Room for 2-3 years, and Pre-School Room for 3-4 years.
The facility provides breakfast and after-school sessions, as well as a dedicated soft play area. They also operate a Holiday Club during school breaks and have an annual shutdown week in August.

How they support every child
SEND provision
The provision for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is strong, with staff utilising lots of strategies of support. Children with SEND benefit from early identification, targeted play plans and a robust monitoring approach.
Outdoor space
The provision garden is a source of great delight for all children, including babies. All children enjoy physical play outside, learning to use climbing apparatus, ride-on toys, and throw and catch balls.

I used to see my kids in that center it was lovely ,staff were very welcoming , as soon as Mickey comes back from her maternity leaves everything gone wrong she was not very happy with me at all and ask me I can’t lose any more session be cause I failed to attend twice due to train delay ,I use to travel from London to Hereford then get a taxi to Bromyard so she asked for pre payment and I did it then on my last session she finally been very dishonest with the report said that I am unsafe because ( I have said I will go to find other parent ) apparently. Totall dishonesty so fathers if you have a different nationality than British ( please be aware of that center ) they gonna make your life very difficult because of that dishonest report I have not been able to see my children for 1 year and 3 months . I hope they gonna sent that lady for a good course so she can treat everyone equally .

Lovely place with lovely people! We've been so many times there and everyone is so supportive and kind with me and my kids. Kids in the kitchen is one of our favourite activity. It's so interesting for my boys to use little knife, chopping fruits and vegetables and learning how to cook so many different foods ☺️❤️ We love it 🤗😊🥰

Fabulous place full of happy kids playing and learning. Bright and clean, airy and spacious. Great café and some excellent classes and courses for adults. Just outside Bromyard - parking can be challenging at times!
